your winning smile!

TEETH WHITENING: Whitening, or "tooth bleaching", is the most commonly prescribed cosmetic dental procedure. Dental Whitening restores the shine lost due to everyday habits such as consumption of tea, coffee, soft drinks, juice and even the use of tobacco products. While many whitening options are now available, dentist-supervised treatments remain the recommended procedures for lightening discolored or dingy looking teeth, and regaining your perfect smile!

ENAMEL SHAPING: Enamel shaping or dental recontouring is a relatively quick and painless procedure.  It is perfect for those of you who have little imperfections, ridges or small chips. Enamel shaping or recontouring removes small amounts of tooth enamel, smoothing out and improving the appearance, shape, length or surface contour of the tooth.

BONDING: Bonding is an option for chipped or cracked teeth. It is a process in which an enamel-like, tooth colored composite resin (plastic) is applied to repair a decayed, chipped, fractured or discolored tooth.

When first applied, the bonding material is pliable, meaning that it can be sculpted to complement the shape and texture of surrounding natural teeth. A high-intensity light or a chemical agent is then used to cure and harden the material. Finally, your dentist will smooth and polish your tooth to give it an even, natural contour. The end result is a natural looking, vibrant smile that you can be proud of.

VENEERS: Veneers are ultra-thin shells of ceramic, porcelain, or resin materials that are bonded directly to the teeth. This is an increasingly popular procedure and an option for closing gaps or disguising discolored teeth that did not respond well to whitening procedures. In addition, they are highly resistant to staining and discoloration.

Although dental bonding is effective for correcting minor flaws such as small chips and discoloration, veneers are better able to correct more extensive imperfections. If you’ve tried whitening or bonding and simply are not happy with your results, this may be just the procedure you need to regain your beautiful smile.
